Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm. (Excluding bank holidays)

Delivery times can depend on shipping location and items ordered. Orders will be processed the next working day after your order is placed.

How do I return an order (Terms and Conditions)

We promise to refund or exchange any item(s) purchased in store within 14 working days from the purchase date.
Please bring your receipt along with your returning item(s) to the Gift Shop or contact us here if you placed an order online.

How do I place an order?

Choose the relevant product category and navigate to the product required. Add the required items/sizes/colours to your basket and click the basket icon in the navigation bar to the top right. When ready to checkout your basket, simply click 'checkout' and then complete your delivery and payment details ensuring they are correct. Once you have done this click 'pay now' to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit or debit card. Our website accepts the following types of debit and credit cards: Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and MasterCard. 

How secure is it to use my credit/debit card with online payments?

Card details are sent directly to our card processing provider, encrypted using their SSL certificate. At no point in the ordering process are credit card details stored by our website.
